GROUP TRAINING

Perfect for: Athletes looking for a structured, age-appropriate program designed to build athleticism, enhance sport-specific skills, and foster confidence both in and out of the gym.

Our Group Training is divided into age-specific groups to ensure every athlete trains at the right level for their development. Whether they’re in Elementary School (7+ years old), Middle School, or High School, each group works towards unique goals to help them grow stronger, faster, and more confident in their athletic abilities.

  • Elementary School (7+ years old): This program is perfect for young athletes who are just starting their training journey. The focus is on building fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination, and agility, all while having fun in a supportive environment that encourages a love for sports and physical activity.

  • Middle School: Middle school athletes focus on improving overall strength, speed, and endurance to enhance their athletic performance. The program emphasizes developing a well-rounded foundation of fitness and sport-specific skills, giving athletes the tools they need to excel in their chosen sports and prepare for more advanced training in high school.

  • High School: Our high school athletes train with a competitive edge, focusing on advanced athletic skills such as explosive power, agility, and mental toughness. This program is designed to elevate performance and provide athletes with the skills and conditioning necessary to excel in high school sports and beyond, preparing them for college-level competition.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Perfect for: Athletes looking for a customized approach to enhance their athletic performance in a small, focused group setting.

For athletes who want more personalized attention while still benefiting from the energy of a small group, Semi-Private Training is the ideal choice. With only six athletes per session, coaches can give focused, individualized attention to improve strength, speed, and sport-specific skills. This is a great option for athletes who need extra guidance while still enjoying the camaraderie and motivation that comes from training with others.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Perfect for: Athletes who want complete customization, undivided attention, and a training plan designed specifically to meet their athletic goals.

For the most individualized training experience, Private Training offers 1-on-1 coaching tailored to your athlete’s specific goals. Whether they need to improve speed, build strength, or refine specific sport skills, this program ensures maximum attention and a focused approach.
