Zach is the co-founder and head coach of Resolute Training, where he combines his advanced education and over eight years of experience to deliver science-based, results-driven training. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Kinesiology and certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Zach’s mission is to help clients at all levels reach their fitness goals with confidence and precision.
Drawing on proven programming techniques, Zach emphasizes the importance of high-quality movement patterns, resiliency, and a strong foundation. His approach ensures that every training session is maximized for effectiveness, whether clients are aiming to boost athletic performance, improve overall fitness, or build lifelong habits. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Zach invests the time to understand each client’s needs, working alongside them to achieve results that last.
